Why should I have a Buyer’s Agent?

Buyer’s agents mostly deal with the home buyers. Their duties include:

  • Assist in finding properties.
  • Give counsel and advice in determining which property is best for you
  • Make and negotiate offers on your behalf.
  • Assist in facilitating the transaction with mortgage lender, title company, attorney, etc.
  • Follow through on the contract contingencies until the sale closes.
