Why should i have a Buyer's Agent?

Buyer's Agents mostly deal with home buyers. Their duties include:

Assist in finding properties.

Give counsel and advice in determining which property is best for you.

Make and negotiate offers on your behalf.

Assist in facilitating the transaction with mortgage lender, title company, attorney, etc.

Follow through on the contract contingencies until the sale closes.

What is a Buyer Agency? Do I need one?

A buyer agency is an agreement between the buying party and the broker. It allows the broker to be a confirmed representative for the buying party. This allows the broker to work on their behalf and give them advice on negotiating, pricing, and drafts the contract in the best interest. It is recommended that you have a Buyer Agency. This legally allows the broker to perform the above duties and be a representative of your best interest.
